Wow! Time sure does fly by...
Holidays are over and we are all well into the new year. School, dance, judo, beavers, brownies, etc. And to add to the craziness, it is cold! Brrrr! So it is hard to get out and enjoy the snow most days. And with the cold weather,comes the colds and sinus aches and flues. We have all been weathering the cold weather and cold symptoms...nothing serious yet though, knock on wood!
Cailyn is now a newly enrolled Brownie. I would post pictures or videos except Darryl was the one in charge of the camera...enough said :P. Oh well, I did get a few of her, just not while she was being twirled and pinned.
Today is a storm day, love starting the week with these!! The roads are apparently like skating rinks....Darryl is sleeping right now because he has the day off as well. The kids are watching tv and arguing over who cuddles more with me.
This will have to be a short post for now though because I hear Logan's tummy rumbling.....

I remember those busy days with my kids which included all those above things too... music, basketball, swimming, tae kwon do, band, brownies, guides... It seems like life never stops but you are giving your kids a great gift. Lots of experiences, lots of social circles, physical activity, and the ability to organize their minds and prioritize.. Those are all life skills that they will use and benefit from the rest of their lives, let alone all the things they are learning at these events. Most of all, they are busy..no time for boredom and getting in trouble! That will come in handy when they are in their teens.

Keeping your kids busy and thinking must have worked for you and Terry!!
