happy kids!Our first Easter in Alberta was a nice one, the sun was shining and we were able to spend time with friends. In between going to church several times :)
The kids have recently discovered the truth about the long eared dude, and were slightly concerned that things might change for them this year. I assured them though that it wouldn't and the scavenger hunt went on like always. There were riddles hidden inside and outside the house, leading to more riddles and eventually their baskets. There were lots of smiles and giggles, which made all the effort worth every second! This was followed by another hunt, one for the eggs. I let Darryl oversee that part this year, which turned out to be quite funny because he forgot where he had hidden them :P
They were eventually all found, the last one when Cailyn went to put on her sneakers, lol. They are already looking forward to even bigger challenges next year. Better start thinking.....

Jackson know's all about the Easter Bunny, and he has for a few years now but Sophie still believes so we keep the magic alive for her.
Scavenger hunts are lots of work but so worth it , Jason's mother still does one for us, lol!! I'm happy you all enjoyed Easter.
